The order was despatched on Tuesday 14th October. It's been 2 weeks now, which is unacceptably poor service from the haulage company. We've only had this sort of delivery interval at Christmas before and even then exceptionally. I've emailed Essential this morning to apply a stick of dynamite to their backsides and ask them WTF they're playing at. Watch this space ...

Sod's Law ... it arrived today, completely unannounced. Sureway, the UK haulage company, are going to be having a meeting with Essential next week about the Portuguese difficulties - the Barril group's last delivery was late as well.

Orders are now ready to collect. If you haven't collected yours yet, please do!
