Dear Members

Due to some technical issues certain items in the Christmas order (Barril group) have been multiplied, and we are asking our other members if they are perhaps interested in buying a single item (or more) to lesson the burden of one individual.

1) Tamari sauce - Traditionally produced in Japan through prolonged maturation in cedar wood kegs. Tamari is a wheat-free soy sauce so does not contain gluten unlike normal soy sauce.
!!!!!ALREADY SOLD!!!!!!
If anyone else had an over-order of this - there may yet be others interested - please reply to this message.

2) Yeast flakes - Engervita is a pleasant tasting yeast, in flake form, that can be consumed as it is. It is also readily dissolved in water, milk, fruit or vegetable juices and may be sprinkled on soups, stews, casseroles, salads and breakfast cereals to enhance the flavour and add good nutrition. To preserve valuable vitamins it is advisable not to heat to 100 deg c

If any members are collecting large orders when the NOV/DEC 2014 arrives  - could you please let the Forum know if you are happy to pick up tiny-weeny orders for others!

Just put in your village name so that others can co-ordinate meeting up!  Or e-mail me with this info (to the Barril e-mail)

.for those with the little orders please let me know where you are too!!!!

Kind regards

Roxy Whitfield:

I've signed up for taking 12 x 200g of Creamed Coconut from the 'over-ordered' list of items.

Would anyone mind picking it up for me & either meeting up with me at an arranged time or drop it off on the collection day if that's feasible?

I'm living just outside the village of Lourosa, a stone's throw from the N17 so I could easily meet someone if they're passing on the collection day.

Many thanks

If no one is going past on that day I can always bring it when I go in that direction!

Kind regards
